“Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them, but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow where they lead.”
Louisa May Alcott
Are you struggling with mental health concerns including trauma, ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship difficulties, concerns about sexuality/gender, and major life transitions? It can be hard to reach out for help, but you are taking a big step forward in your path to recovery, healing, and self-growth.
I provide therapy and assessment services for individuals aged 15-65. This site is designed to provide you with some information about me, my services and my approach to therapy to help you decide if my services would be a good fit for your needs. I am a registered clinical psychologist in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO), and I am able to provide services to residents of Ontario. I provide in-person services to residents of Ottawa.
I conduct assessments for ADHD and autism, as well as other psychological concerns. These assessments can help give you diagnostic clarity about your challenges and potential strengths and provide recommendations for next steps to help you navigate your symptoms. To learn more about ADHD, visit the Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance and to learn more about Autism, visit Autism Canada.
Thank you for visiting!
My services are provided on unceded, unsurrendered Algonquin and Anishnabeh territory. The process of colonialism that occurred on this land is more than a piece of history; it is a process that is insidious and on-going.
